Cut
We use automatic laying and cutting machines for effective and precise results.
Special parts of the fabrics are carefully processed by experienced operators.
Depending on the product model, an automatic cutter connected to the Gerber system with a daily capacity of 25,000-30,000 pieces is used.

Planting
Our sewing tapes have an average monthly production capacity of 300,000 pieces, including our production facility and the production facilities we cooperate with. We constantly work to provide the best quality to our customers with our state-of-the-art machines and vending machines. We provide services in production facilities that constantly renew themselves and their machinery by following the developing technology with the expert and experienced Koteksan Tekstil production team.

Providing services in line with customers’ requests and fashion trends, Koteksan Tekstil aims for high quality standards at the washing stage as well as at every stage of production. The washing process is carried out in cooperation with our partners, one of Turkey’s leading washing companies.
In order to protect human and environmental health, chemicals that are harmful, prohibited or restricted within the framework of European Union Regulations are not used in our products.

Iron/Package
For products whose sewing and washing process is completed; Ironing, quality control, intermediate control, measurement control and optical control are carried out. Products that are packaged, boxed and labeled in line with our customers’ requests are ready for shipment. All packaged products are approved and shipped after the final control of our quality assurance department and customer technical staff.
